We embrace the initial spirit of the pharmaceutical industry – to enhance quality of life. Therefore, we want to create a green, natural, human friendly environment for all employees and guests. In this way, the building will be distinguished from its neighbours, within the surrounding banal and industrial district.

With these clues, we aim to create a humanistic and natural working environment like a ‘park’ with enough sunlight, greenery and air and where every building has a maximized view and sunlight.

We have located a green area to the South of the site and buildings to the North, in order to maximise areas of planting and reduce the amount of shadows created from buildings within the site.
Warehouse and production delivery is located on the ground floor. Kitchen delivery located in the basement. Above ground is mainly arranged for pedestrian and landscape.
