Jingan Villa

This villa is situated in the middle of downtown Shanghai, Jingan district. The building itself was built by a developer and we were contracted to modify the layout and created new quality out of an already existing plot. We replaced all windows and glass facades and repaired the roof in order to secure the overall building quality.

Residential

We relocated the staircase so that the three floors were connected through skylight while simultaneously leaving space for an art piece of this three floor height wall.

Although outdoor space is limited we made sure all indoor space is surrounded by outdoor space and there for making up for the fact that the house doesn’t have a view. To enhance this feeling, we created several courtyards and several spaces so that you always feel connected with nature.
Three floors with direct access to garage and air is controlled by purified and humidified and oxygen is measured.
